Notre client est un important fabricant alimentaire situé à Montréal et est à la recherche d'un superviseur de production pour travailler à l'amélioration continue et superviser une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes sur les lignes de conditionnement pendant le quart de soir, 13h30 à 22h30. Notre client recherche une personne autonome, capable d'assumer plusieurs mandats pour améliorer sa productivité en utilisant les techniques LEAN ou 5S, pour répondre aux urgences et agir en tant que chef d'équipe. L'entreprise se targue d'avoir une équipe stable et familiale. Le salaire est de 50 à 60 000, plus les avantages collectifs.

Our client is a major food manufacturer situated in Montreal and is looking for a Production Supervisor to work on continuous improvement and supervise a team of 3 to 4 individuals on the packaging lines during the evening shift, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.  Our client is looking for an individual that is autonomous, able to take on several assignments to improve productivity using LEAN or 5S techniques, to respond to urgencies and act as team leader.   The company prides itself as having a stable, family-oriented team.  Salary is 50-60k plus group benefits.
